This is the standard service for pianos that have been regularly maintained and are within a stable pitch range. It includes precise adjustment of all strings to concert pitch, ensuring consistent tone and playability across the entire keyoard.

This service is required for pianos that need extra care before a standard tuning can be performed. A rough tuning may be necessary when the piano is more than 12% off from its target pitch.
This typically applies to pianos that haven’t been tuned an extended period of time or have been exposed to extreme humidity fluctuations–such as dry conditions in winter or high humidity in the summer

This service brings the piano action back to factory specifications by adjusting: Keyframe - Bedding, Hammer Position with Una-corda Pedal, Key Height, Key Dip, Blow Distance, Let-off, Repetition Lever Height, Repetition Lever Spring Strength, Jack Position, Drop, Back Checks, Capstan Height for Aftertouch, Linear Jack Travel, and Hammer Line.

This service includes cleaning strings, soundboard, action (including vacuuming action cavity), pin block, case, keys, hammer rail cloth, back check catchers; and polishing brass parts. 262-719-4321. A tuning will be required after the cleaning because cleaning the strings may knock them out of tune (additional $155)
